Mirjam Gelhorn is a producer based in Stockholm. At Momento Film she is one of three producers, and also works with development of talents. Mirjam studied journalism at Södertörns University, and has undergone the course Art & Architecture: Aspectivity at the Royal Institute of Art in Stockholm. Previously she has worked as a producer, editor in chief and/or communications manager as places like Turteatern, Doc Lounge Sthlm, Bonniers Konsthall and various cultural magazines.
At Momento Film she has been an assistant producer on several titles of which can be mentioned the feature docs TRANSNISTRA by Anna Eborn (Won the Big Screen Competition at Rotterdam IFF and the Dragon Award for best Nordic Documentary at Gothenburg IFF in 2919), the short film MADRE by Simón Mesa Soto (Official Short Film Competition, Cannes 2016), FRAGILITY by Ahang Bashi (Gothenburg Best Feature, Guldbagge for Best Newcomer, 2017), OUAGA GIRLS by Theresa Traore Dahlberg (IDFA & 60+ festivals).
